“I ordered the wrong style of crate cover and only realised several days later. I contacted the team to explain and to try and change my order before it was delivered. The customer service I received was excellent and my order was changed without any issues. I would recommend this crate cover as it’s really good quality and has helped to create a den like feel for my new pup.
