“Sadly some items were missing. Customer services were great and replaced feeding bowls and the teddy. What was sad though they weren’t as described. Bowls were large bamboo and the teddy was a small Christmas bear. Other toy was a Christmas stick (looks awful) and a plain lead. Very disappointed. I can only imagine due to the increase in puppy buying in this pandemic, their stock must be low so you get the leftovers. Sadly my experience so far has not been great with what looks like a wonderful site. Good luck, hopefully yours will be better.”

“Haven't got puppy yet, but planning ahead and all arrived today! First time owner and I was looking everywhere, then came across a handy package with a little bit of everything. A great variety of items to get you started, I also got the heat pad separately for the bed for added comfort. Can't wait for my puppy to enjoy all these things. Super fast delivery, 2 days from when I ordered. Also requested something else in exchange for the puppy pads as puppy will be learning to go outside from the start, so not required and got a lovely extra toy for him to play with instead. Nice that Lords and Labrador's listened to my request as most companies would just ignore it.”
