“Your dog coats were recommended to me by a colleague and I did not need much persuading to purchase one for our Border Collie who loves the water, rain and outside living in general. The first coat to arrive was too small - my error in ordering - and I contacted your office to arrange an exchange. To my great surprise, the replacement arrived within two days of my call. The coat is excellent and does exactly as it says in your information. I have since recommended your product to my brother who has just ordered two for his Springer Spaniels.
