“As with everything purchased from L&L it was of excellent quality. However, on this occasion we were disappointed that this cushion is so solid. My little Havanese is not keen on going into her crate as it is not puffy enough, and I have to place her front paws in first and lift her bottom into it each night! I'm just hoping that in time it will soften.”
