“The cover is lovely, but recently it seems Lords and Labradors have switched suppliers of the cushions themselves. I find these new ones are smaller than before, an inch or two smaller on each side than the crate they're meant to fit in. I'm not happy with the resulting gap. Also, the cushions are not heavy and dense as they were before - the new one feels lighter and the "airiness" means there's quite a bit of noise whenever the dog lies down or shifts position. I've emailed the company with my comments and they said they'll investigate. As is, I'd consider buying the loose cushion cover from this company but not the full cushion.”
