“The description on the website is ‘Overland Dog Gear Week Away Bag’. When you receive the product the packaging says ‘for small dogs’ in big letters. I bought this for a gift for someone with a big dog and it’s just such a pain that companies do this. Who can be bothered or has time to return things at this time of year. Such a let down, mid marketing to get a sale. Never buy from you again, thanks for nothing.”
