“Came smashed, you offered to replace it but a few days later you refunded me instead. I actually wanted the item. Also you have signed me up to your mailing list which I absolutely did not ask you to do.”

“Ordered originally, came smashed. Had another sent out and the box was destroyed. Spoke 2 different customer service people, first one was really helpful, the second refused to tell me what info I was asking for unless I provided a picture to her that I have returned the broken one (I asked if I could send it back, I wasn't told to originally in order to get my replacement). Second one turned up in a better condition but the actual casing it's stored in was damaged. Both deliveries had a lack of bubble wrap in the boxes, as well as the fault of actual delivery service for the internal and external damages.”
