“My parcel come and was opened and re- sealed with lost universe tape the box was too small for the item I ordered and was missing, luckily it wasn’t in there as after paying for more to be delivered the item would of been damaged due to the poor packaging, I sent a request for a refund or replacement after showing video footage prio to opening and the results of what I found (was just an empty box) they had to do an investigation on the item, concluded it was an error of some kind and told me I would get a replacement but still after almost 2 weeks nothing and no more replies back to my emails no refund and no item tbh seeing this was promoted by the maker of the item I was after to use this company I’m kind of disappointed! I should of just waited till my local menkind had them in stock. Not a happy bunny at all!”
