“Nothing against the product at all because I didn’t receive it. I was in the hands of Hermes UK so there’s like a 1 in 10 chance that it’ll be delivered. I even met the delivery driver on the 4th(!) attempt and his excuse was that he couldn’t open my porch door, so I opened it for him and he then. “Refused delivery”. I wish retailers would stop wasting their money on Hermes! Pay a couple of ££ more and get another more reliable service! The joke of it all is I even paid for shipping so that someone could refuse to deliver my product with 4 failed attempts when I work from home! Does this make any sense to anyone?
I’m sure I’ll receive another item from the supplier, but I hope they don’t send it via Hermes! Then I’ll probably be able to review this as a 5* item. Shame it didn’t arrive as one of the little presents for my 5 year olds birthday....”
