“I was really excited to purchase the lottie collection but was deeply disappointed in the overall presentation when it arrived in the post. Given that this was purchased as a gift for someone, I received them in a battered box. First impressions do count. Wasn't impressed. As for the makeup items some where damaged. Maybe if they had been packed properly thus could have been avoided.”
