“After reading a great review of this product I ordered one. It's totally useless. You get 3 stripes when you first open it after that nothing! Keep feeling there must be a way to propel the colour to the tip but there isn't. It occasionally produces a solid blob if I press hard Terrible product”

“Poor quality product. Constant emails calling me hun - I'm not 14 years old so why the constant Hun, hun and Hun. Very patronising and annoying. Puts me off the brand - makes it sound like it's aimed towards the teenager market. And no - hun - I'm not a teenager Hun.”
