“As a lot of reviews said it ran out quickly, I was skeptical but I wanted to have something to speed up wing eyeliner and to make them more even. The first time I used it, it was easy to use but it smudged easily and didn’t last. The next time, it didn’t come out very well but I put another eyeliner on top of it (with staying power) and it looked great and lasted so I think going forward I will do this instead and use it more of a template. I have only used it twice so not sure how long it will last.”

“The liner didn't seem to dry. Hours after application if I tapped it with my finger, it transferred onto my finger. It also smudged into both the corner and underneath my eye.”
