“4.5/5 I am obsessed with Wing Woman. I drink it with cold water with breakfast (after working out) and it is so refreshing! Sometimes I drink it twice a day because I crave it. Slumber Party is very good, my only complaint is that you do have to drink it quickly or it starts to form a layer of the product on top. I just mix it a little more, it doesn't bother me too much. Tastes like hot chocolate. I drink it with water most of the time, but occasionally use oat milk or almond milk depending on what I eat that day. Miss congeniality is good! I did not like it in my coffee, but I do love it in my homemade chai lattes, it is the perfect sweetness so I stopped using stevia and use this instead and it is delicious. I also tried it with fresh squeezed orange juice (shooting for an orange julius) and it wasn't bad but it was very sweet). I will try this with Matcha powder soon. The proteins are good, not my favorite. When blending with water, banana and ice, the drinks were more watery and kind of chalky than I was hoping for, but still not bad overall and I do enjoy the bundle.”

“Hey! Love LSF :) I especially love the community you create within your business and that it started from the ground up and the sweet relationships. I got the bundle and am liking the protein and Wing Woman. I’m a little bummed that stevia is used though as I don’t really like the taste of stevia. I’m not sure I would order anything other than protein as the stevia just has a funny taste to me.”

“OMG! I LOVE EVERYTHING IN THE BUNDLE!! Slumber party is my Favorite I definitely love this product to go to sleep, my daughter loves it too and she’s 8yrs old. The mood boost is also really good! Words can’t explain how I’m so lucky that I found LOVE SWEET AND FITNESS!!!”

“Very happy with the bundle! The first protein I tried before purchasing the bundle was chocolate and I was almost done my first bottle just as the bundle arrived. I really like the vanilla plant protein after workouts. The Vanilla Miss Congeniality Mood boost makes such a difference I’ve been adding it to my morning coffee. Wing woman is also so tasty!! So thankful you have worked so hard to get these products they are such a wonderful way to give me a boost! The bottles are so cute too!!”

“Amazing!!! I absolutely love it all!!! I have tried EVERY plant protein out there!!!! They all are crap compared to these !! Not to mention you get a full container!! The chocolate and the vanilla are delicious!! The slumber party I cannot say enough about this product it is a decadent nightly treat that makes me sleep so well! The miss congeniality in the forward in my coffee is amazing and it works !! My 18-year-old daughter now has stolen it! LOL The wing woman is delicious in oatmeal and just a refreshing drink while I work out!! It is all just heaven sent !!!! Thank you Katie and the team for these products!!!! “Very happy with the purchases I have made with LSF. I really enjoy Miss C with my daily am coffee. And the slumber party is great at night mixed with a little warm almond milk, it truly tastes like hot chocolate! The only little thing I would change is the size of the handles on the scoops, they really don't fit well in the small containers and I find myself having to store in a zip lock baggie. Overall these are great products. I would highly recommend all of them, and will repurchase again.”
