“I can’t say enough about bloat be gone. When I started taking it I just took one a day. During my period, I increased to 2 a day. It has such wonderful & quite frankly expensive ingredients to source. I’ve been taking LSF supplements for over 4 years so I totally trust the integrity of the product!
