“I have only been taking this for five days as it is a new product, but I can honestly say I see the difference. I was sore when I started taking it from increasing a workout, and the soreness went away quickly after taking it. I have so much energy working out. I take it right before a workout and at the same time when I don’t workout. And my sleep has been deep! I don’t want to get up. Not because I am tired, but I am in such a deep sleep and it feels amazing!”
