This guide is full of useful resources. It includes quick meals and workouts for those busy days. Project and week planners are great too!

I had to print it out and hold it in my hand. I also love to make notes as I read through it. Its tons of great information.I dont have a good connection with working out or with choosing the right food. So this will be my second bible I tote around. I love the hidden easter eggs of popular quotes. Although I know the the drill. Having all this information in one place really helps to reflect back as I need it. Can't wait till it all becomes second nature for me in my daily routine. Love the handbook aka bible. Busy Babe Handbook is Book of Instruction to Be Loved Everday Yay! the actual Bible is: Book Of Instruction Before Leaving Earth by the way.

Awesome handbook! I use for weekly meal ideas, I use the workouts! Shows even someone who is really busy can acheive there goals as well!

This is a pretty good handbook. I love the chair exercises to do at work. I wish there was more nutritional advice or recipes. I also wish this was a printed book rather than digital copy

OBSESSED. That's all I can say. Working for a bank, my hours and schedule are completely crazy. Before LSF, I really thought that I'd never be able to get myself to be active or eat well. However, this handbook walks you through it and provides so many helpful tips and words of encouragement. I finally feel able to control my life and health at the same time.

I’m enjoying this handbook. It has everything I needed to start taking better care of my body. I keep referring back to it for the self care and daily eating plan because it’s simple and easy to follow. Printing out the budget tracker and weekly planner to get organized. Imma be unstoppable.
