I'm happy I came across Love Sweat Fitness and Guiltless Nutrition. I've been stuck in diet culture for almost 10 years - counting and tracking; restricting foods, etc. I love that this guide has so many yummy recipes but NO MENTION OF CALORIES!! I also love the super helpful tips. The meal prep is going to be essential when I return to work at the office soon and I love that Katie makes it simple and NOT overwhelming. I'm learning how to focus on healthy, mindful eating and not on calories and this guide as been a lifesaver. THANK YOU KATIE :)

This recipe book has already changed my life! I am so excited to make everything. I don’t feel deprived of anything with the guidance of this book. I feel less bloated, more energetic and satisfied. It is all inspiring me to keep pushing with my workouts and have a more healthy lifestyle overall!

I can't recommend this enough. To he honest I was a little hesitant to purchase because of the price, but it is worth every penny. I wish I would have bought this sooner. The guide teaches you how to eat healthy without counting calories. The recipes are bomb. Not only is it helping me on my weight loss journey, but I have so much more energy and mentally feel really sharp.

I absolutely LOVE this book! I have been following Katie’s nutritional tips for about a month straight, and I’m already feeling SO much better. I’m finally learning to look more at the ingredients that go into my body and acknowledge how they make me feel; that is such a game changer for me. I totally recommend this to anyone who is looking to truly change their health and isn’t looking for a fad diet.

This book is full of awesome recipes Ana advice. It pairs well with the Hypo Meal plan.
