I was hesitant to purchase this workbook, mostly because I thought I wouldn't really use it. But I'm so happy I did! It really made me ask myself some deep questions and helped me to realize things about myself that I had never really thought about. I'm excited to do this again in the future and compare each journey through the workbook!

I really enjoyed going through this workbook. I was surprised by how many exercises they gave associated with self care and personal reflection. A lot of the journaling prompts helped me learn more about myself. If you're looking for tools to build a more positive mindset.. this is your workbook!

I have so enjoyed working through this content. It’s really thought provoking. I have incorporated it into my morning quiet time. It has really helped me be introspective but in a healthy and constructive way.

Honestly I didnt think it would work, but when I started it, it got to me. And it can be used as many times as you need. You can go back and see that you actually did move yourself.
