One week in and I am already seeing results. As someone who has been dealing with hypothyroidism for many years, this is the first meal plan I’ve found that actually works. Can not recommend enough.

Some of the recipes are great, I wouldn't recommend the hot Body meal plan to someone who is not confidant in the kitchen though because it gives basic foods but not how to prepare them- but this is also a great way to build confidence or practice seasoning foods. Great for me, but others may have trouble.

I love the meal plans! As someone who has struggled to loose weight and eat healthy I truly enjoy how easy the meal plans are to make, comes with a grocery list, and new health foods for me to try (loving the chia seed pudding). The plans will have you make recipes and then use them for the week so no waste. I love all the body positive little notes within the meal plans reminding you how beautiful you are no matter your size!

The 7 day slim down was a GREAT starter. I enjoyed all the meals and stuck to the whole week without going off track or cheating. I felt full each day and still continued to workout. I lost 5.6 lbs!! HOWEVER -- The 4 week guiltless guide was just OK. I got the gluten free dairy free because I can not have dairy very often. It gave you a list of what to eat each day, but now how to make anything. There are some recipes in the back, but not enough to help you. The guide didn't seem worth $50 to me. I feel like I got the most money out of the 7 day slim down and that's all. I was a little disappointed, given that I got an email shortly with a 15% off code AFTER I placed my order. I think that the 7 Day Slim Down was worth EVERY single penny.

My husband and I completed the slim down together. The recipes were great and I felt so good at the end. I saw my bloat go way down, my husband dropped 7.. SEVEN pounds!

I came across the LSF videos on Youtube, I really enjoyed the tips, advice and loved the workouts. I happen to see the video Katie did on her 7 day slim down. I was definitely skeptical at first, for one thing, I thought I would be starving and wouldn't stick to it. So I wasn't starving and felt great! I Ioved the smoothies and the soups and would absolutely recommend it! I lost one pound that week and noticed a difference in my tummy bloat..it de_bloated and I just felt healthier. This led me right to the HBMP which I am in week 2 and loving it! Do it!!!
