“When I received my foam roller I used it right away after my leg and booty work out which I push myself a bit so I knew I needed to extra tlc and oh boy may I say amazing in the areas that I needed for sure it hurt but in a good way even the hubby tried it and his words WOW, thank you so much for creating a 2 in 1 is a money saver and worth it, one of my goals is to foam roll 3 times a week so I have it visible so I won't forget, thank you team LSF”
