“I love these bands! They are perfect for bent-over rows. Also, super happy with the colors. Most of my fitness equipment is black and the beautiful mint and soft rose make me feel more feminine.”

“It’s been hard to find dumbbells right now that aren’t crazy expensive but these are perfect to take your workout up a notch without the crazy cost! I got back and forth between light and heavy and love it, my husband even used them during our LSF App workout!”
