The recipes are so simple and quick, but soooo amazing. I have hypothyroidism and I have been feeling absolutely terrible lately. Since I started this diet and workout plan, along with the summer shape up series, I have felt a lot better. I have always been really active and weight has never been an issue for me, but I was feeling sick after eating almost anything. I was desperate for finding a solution to making me feel better. Following all her healthy eating tips has definitely made me see a difference in how I feel. The exercises are super easy to follow, but not easy to do. ‍♀️‍♀️Thanks Katie!

The Lifestyle Makeover Bundle is the best of LSF all in 3 handy PDFs. I've been doing Katie's workouts for a year, following her on YouTube, and Instagram, but never participated in a fitness challenge or really got serious about clean eating / sugar reduction. This bundle is the perfect investment, if you're like me, and want to finally get results. I've spent 2 years wishing for my pre-baby body, but not fully committing. I would work out out on occasion, but not regularly, or eat really well only to give into temptation for sweets. This bundle has everything you need to go all in: day by day workouts, recipes, and most importantly - the nutrition guide that really explains what changes you can make to your lifestyle to really see results. After all, "abs are made in the kitchen" so working out without changing your food habits isn't going to yield results. I'm 2 weeks into the bundle, down 5 lbs., have cut out sugar cravings, and have so much more energy and muscle tone!

The 8 week hot body sweat guide is amazing! I'm on week 2 and the workouts are well rounded and make me feel stronger every day. The meal plan however is completely unrealistic. Having a regular 40 hr week schedule is very incompatible with the plan. There are also some weeks where you only use 1/4 to 1/2 of an avocado Do you let the rest rot That's only one example but there are a lot of ingredients that would be wasted if you followed it to a tee. That being said I think there are a lot of good ideas in the meal plan that you could use to try and eat healthier. Same with the guiltless guide. But if I were to do it again I would only buy the sweat guide!

Hi Sydney, thanks so much for your review. We really appreciate the feedback! Glad you are loving the HBSG :) The HBMP is intended to be super flexible so that it can fit in anyone's life. When Katie created it, she focused on staying away from the very rigid style of meal planning and instead put a ton of variety in it. If you find that you are wasting an ingredient, the easiest solution is to swap in another meal to that week that includes it. In this case, use the avocado for the meal listed that week and then replace another meal or snack with one that includes avo. Hope this helps! I’ve fallen in love with the recipes and meal plans and although it’s only week 2 I’ve found myself full all day while sticking to the meal plan completely! The foods surprisingly really good! I have yet to fall in love with the workouts, but it’s only the second week and I have stuck to doing them so I’ll see how the next 6 weeks go!

Not only are these guides informative and easy to follow but, for the first time ever I have a chance to get healthy and keep it off! I have always been super thin til I got sick. I feel like I don't even know myself. I have to get me back. Finding the right food to eat especially being a sufferer of the dreadful hypothyroidism, is extremely difficult but, with these guides I have what I've been searching for. No more bad diets. Plus with the combined workout plan and support of Katie; a women who gets the whole picture, I will reach my goals... So, Thanks Katie! Definitely worth the money and the recipes are so tasty. Never hungry, if anything I think I eat more with the hot body meal plan now then I did before. Perfect for anyone at any starting point. So don't hesitate grab yours now! Go Team LSF!!!! I love the workouts! They push me hard but I actually spend less time "working out" than I used to, with better results! Every Sunday I look forward to planning my week with the HBSG and Katie's weekly workout schedule. The meal plan and Guiltless Nutrition guide are really useful for clean eating ideas. Every recipe I have tried actually turned out great, didn't taste or feel like compromise, and were kid- and husband-approved as well! If I could request one thing it would be for all the pdfs to be searchable. When I am looking for something, I have to scroll through the entire document.

I really enjoy the workout part, as it's really 20-30 min and you always find that during the day. I had started wirh the weekly workout via email in November and could already see a big change on my body. Now with the Guide, I follow it and even got my husband to do regular exercises based on the plan. I don't really follow the weight loss plan, but got some great recipes from the guiltless nutrition guide and check more and more the ingredient list for the products I buy. Thanks Katie for everything you are doing. I usually wait with impatience for the weekly workout schedule love the videos you are posting. Especially the HIIT workouts, I feel so good afterwards :) ( although it's tough to get through 4 rounds) Hugs from Switzerland..
