“I'm 4 days in and loving the Self Love Workbook! It's really forcing me to dig down deep and think about myself in ways i've never really thought out. I know this is something I can do once or twice a year, with new thoughts about myself, which I love! It's just not a one and done workbook. I've never done the 7 day Detox, but know it will be great because I've done the Hot Body Meal Plan and have made every single recipe in the Guiltless Nutrition Guide. The LSF content never lets me down!”
