“This is absolutely delicious! I blend it with frozen strawberries, bananas and Oatmilk. It keeps me full and prevents carb cravings bc it increases my protein intake. After my first container ran out I bought it again as a subscription!”

“This protein powder is one of my favorite flavors (besides peanut butter). I use it everyday in my smoothies. It’s creamy, rich in flavor and gentle on my stomach. Can’t live without it!!”

“This protein is seriously so good . I love in it cold water or cold df milk post-workout . And it taste just like chocolate milk . I also can’t get over how easy it blends . There are also no clumps of protein floating on top when you blend it … which is amazing . I have also really enjoyed mixing with slumber party at night to get some extra protein and help me feel asleep . I would totally recommend it to anyone . Team lsf makes the best products .”

“I have tried probably 10 different protein powders from my little local in Wisconsin store called called Golden harvest. They have everything organic wonderful products, but I could not find a protein powder I loved this is the best absolutely the best I will never be without it thank you Katie and all your gals and guy Ryan.”
