“I'm so impressed with this protein powder! Believe me, I've tried many!! It's so good! I like it best with cashew milk, frozen dark black cherries and collegan. Sometimes I may throw in spinach to get my greens in! Highly recommend this chocolate deliciousness!”

“Vanilla is my go to for mixing with just cold water but chocolate + natural pb + frozen banana + splash unsweetened almond milk all blended up is the most decadent milkshake -- but healthy!!”

“This is definitely the best protein powder I’ve come across so far, and I love the non-junky ingredients. Taking off one star because of the stevia. I can’t stand the after taste of it, and unfortunately it comes through pretty powerfully in this powder. I have to overload my smoothies with peanut butter to disguise it! If they made this without stevia, I would give it 5 stars.”

“I lost 35 pounds using LSF protein powder!! Who couldn't when a chocoholic can have a mocha in the morning and chocolate cake in a a cup when I'm craving in the evening ! Thank you Katie for your products/meal plans they have changed my life !! ❤️”
