“I really enjoy this protein. It tastes good warm or cold, and I love it with cinnamon. Its more versatile than say Chocolate. Its easy after a workout to use with water plus smoothies.”

“I have been using a different protein powder but comparing labels and taste, I’m loving the LSF protein powder much more. Subtle flavor but not overpowering— some are just too sweet or have too much vanilla flavoring.”
