“I have never used adaptogens and the mixture of several all at once was way too much on my body. Side effects: major fatigue, feeling drugged out not myself at all, severe mood swings. Will be returning and maybe trying ashwaganda separately first”

“I think I’m on my 3rd tube now and I really enjoy this! It took me a little for the taste to grow on me for my personal taste and I do feel like it eases my pms mood a bit not completely but I noticed a difference!”
