“I haven't noticed much help with focus or mood, or stress HOWEVER I do take medication for stress and mood, so it might be less potent in my body. But this really does help with PMS symptoms. Cramps aren't as good as when I was on BC, BUT they are still much more tolerable than when I didn't take this! Also it tastes great in anything from a chai to a matcha and I've never had it in coffee but I'm sure it spruces that up too :)”
