“I love adding this to my coffee. I had a smoother TOM than usual & seriously think it had to be from this stuff. Just ordered my 2nd batch. I like adding it to steamed milk with cinnamon to my coffee like Katie does. That combination is so good!”

Why I bought it was for the hormonal balance and relaxing benefits and I feel like it’s working is such a short time. “I order this for delivery in the Uk and it costs a small fortune every month in delivery costs, but it is so worth it. Firstly, it tastes delicious. Really helps me get my mood settled and my head in the game first thing in the morning. I love it. If I’m PMSing I take it twice a day and it’s really effective”
