“I hate to give this 3 stars because I love Yours Skincare! First of all, the packaging is adorable and friendly to the environment. With the actual product, it didn’t really work for me. My skin continued being dry (especially my forehead). It made my skin sticky. I may have gotten the wrong formula however, I won’t be repurchasing considering how expensive it is. I would also like to add that the product ran out so quickly. :( I wouldn’t say it’s worth paying for that. Despite all of this, I love your branding and have heard so many great things from them! I wouldn’t typically recommend this but other people have different experiences so it’s up to them!”

As you know skincare is a journey, our skin concerns are a result of years of skin damage that our skin goes through and hence it takes awhile for the products to really make a difference. Additionally, we stay away from harsh ingredients that may show overnight results but damage your natural skin barrier. Your products will only be packed with the goodness of 100% clean active ingredients that will just work for you- just give it some time to work with your skin.
With regards to the amount of product in the bottles, we recommend following a 1:2 routine which means for every 1 pump of serum, do feel free to use 2 pumps of moisturiser to achieve the best results and have your products last on an average of 2 months :)
As for customs, we completely understand your concerns however this is out of our control as we ship from outside of the EU (Singapore to be exact) and the customs department of countries are out of our control and they can be really unpredictable :( Hope this clarifies!
