Do allow us to also explain why you may not be seeing a difference yet. Our products are designed with low concentrations of actives in order to prioritize skin health over dramatic results. We stay away from harsh ingredients that show overnight results but which damages the natural skin barrier and cause skin sensitivity.
Hence, our customers usually see results within 90 days and peak results within 120 days - consistency is key! 🤗

Hi Nichole! We've previously responded to your email with regards to product pilling. Adding them here in case you've missed it! Because our formulations are all lightweight, there shouldn’t be any pilling caused by our formulations. Hence, there are 3 other reasons for it.
1. It could be dead skin cells getting in the way of your skin being able to absorb the products - exfoliation is key here!
2. It could be wrong application techniques - we recommend massaging your products very gently in an upward circular motion and making sure each layer have time to dry before moving on to the next and;
3. Your other products are oil-based - because our formulations are all water-based, do ensure you are not using any oil-based products right before or after your serums.
