Hi Syahidah, what you have described seems to be pilling.
Because our formulations are all lightweight, there shouldn’t be any pilling caused by our formulations. Hence, there are 3 other reasons for it.
1⃣ It could be dead skin cells getting in the way of your skin being able to absorb the products - exfoliation is key here!
2⃣ It could be wrong application techniques - we recommend massaging your products very gently in an upward circular motion and making sure each layer have time to dry before moving on to the next
3⃣ Your other products are oil-based — because our formulations are all water-based, do ensure you are not using any oil-based products right before or after your creams.
