“The new formula just lays on the surface of my face. When I touch my face, it feels sticky like the lotion doesn't absorb into the skin. Then I feel like I have to go wash my hands to get it off. This lasts most of the day before it feels like it has either been wiped off or has finally been absorbed. I haven't tried the eye cream yet as I was still using the previous formula.”

Hi Cathy, I'm so sorry to hear that you're not happy with our new 8th-generation Complete 5-Step. When we refomulated the 7th generation, we decided that we wanted a Firm & Lift that was longer lasting, more moisturizing and more like a night cream. For anyone who wanted a faster-absorbing serum/cream, we offered the orora bioactive collagen serum and cream. We wanted to provide a greater difference in texture between the two serum/creams so that there's more choice. I'll ask Peter to reach out to you and offer a solution that might help. “I love the way this cream feels on my skin. However, it has begun to cause an allergic reaction around my eyes wherein they swell, pockets on my eyelids and under my eyes fill with water and my skin is red and flaky like a sunburn. I use it on my forehead, cheeks and neck and avoid getting it near my eyes.”
