“I am a little torn about the rating as I love the products, but not the delivery process. I set up my membership to receive my complete 5 step routine for 45 days, but it takes almost 3 weeks to get the products (the package is from the same state CA). Should I set it up for maybe every 15 days? The other issue I have is that my account is charged way before I get my products.”

We completely understand your concerns and we can assure you that 3 weeks is really a long time and unusual on our side and we will bring this issue to our distribution team. Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped we have little to no control over de delivery logistics. We do report all issues with the company responsible for the delivery, being them UPS, USPS, or DHL. We will continue to do our best to improve de delivery service and we thank you for your feedback.
