Hi Susan, Thanks for letting us know, and you're right it may not be the right product for you. Not every product is right for everyone, but having said that it could also be how you incorporated it into your existing skincare routine. It looks like you've been using our traditional formulations since 2020 and we don't recommend combining the deep radiance with the snail - it's too much, unless you're looking for some serious moisturization (perhaps during the winter months?). i bought the calm Y glow mucin and the aurora cream but not sure how to use with the moisturizer. i also have the aurora serum. do i use both the snail serum and the aurora serum? i need a little advice on what products to use together.

love my snail serum. I always change up a few steps in my routine but the snail is a staple. it sort of binds it all together. The best!
