Hi Claudia, Sorry to hear that the NiaRetin Duo is not working for you. It looks like you started using the Niaretin around the 3rd week of August. 0.1% retinal is a strong and effective retinoid, which becomes even more effective with the 10% niacinamide + 1% glutathione serum. However, it won't erase wrinkles overnight; it's something that over time will contribute to the overall reduction of fine lines and wrinkles.
