My sleep glasses from LowBlueLights are helping me improve my sleep a great deal. I put them on at about 7pm. and I also try to keep the lights at a low level in the house. I am sleeping much better. I also use some yoga breathing exercises and affirmations before bed. I do notice a big difference with the glasses.

Very well made; these thick amber coloured acrylic glasses are sturdy and come with protective case and pouch. Bought also for night-time driving to protect from bright LED headlights. A satisfied customer and highly recommend.

These work exactly as described. I can definitely feel a difference after wearing them for a few hours in the evening before bed. Even though the adult glasses are sort of big on my head, I feel the kids size would be too tight. But they still block enough light to do the job.

I try to wear them for about 3 hours before going to bed. I don't find them comfortable enough to wear longer than that, so I try to make the room as dark as I can while I am sleeping.

Sleeping so much better. I have had sleep issues for 20 years. It takes about 3-4 days to work. Put them on for 2 hours before bedtime, don’t take them off until all the lights are off and your bedroom is dark. Even my 8 year old granddaughter who suffers from insomnia has found them to work for her! Get them!!
