HI Jennifer, thanks for your feedback, which is really helpful. We always aim to be completely fair to our customers. With regard to the postage for purchases on our store, we are charged by the courier company for every delivery, regardless of the value of the order. With larger value orders we can cover either all or part of that fee but for orders under £15, unfortunately this isn’t possible. Not only is there the price of the postage but there is also a cost to us for the packing materials and the labour involved in processing an order. We are a small business and believe that we are fair in the postage fee that we charge, especially when you compare this to some large, well-known companies which also charge for deliveries under certain values. I hope this helps to explain why we have some postage fees on some orders. Petrina

“Love this coconut oil it smells and tastes delicious. I use it for many things. Cooking all my veggies and it adds the gorgeous coconut taste to them and when Ive spooned it on, the left overs on the spoon I just rub into my hands or rub over any blemishes. Sometimes before bedtime I put on my lips eyebrows and hair and also I mix with a little tea tree oil if I ever have a little sore or cut. I wish I had discovered it years ago!”
