It's great to hear that you're a fan of our Coconut Oil and thank you for sharing this. As an unrefined coconut oil, this can be used for baking, roasting and frying and has a smoke point of around 178C. It's an ideal replacement for processed oils and as part of a balanced diet. Petrina

HI Jacqui, Have you also tried it to remove make-up? It's amazing and even works on waterproof mascara! It contains vitamin E, which is nourishing for skin and (just as in cooking), a little goes a long way. Petrina

“I love Lucy Bee Coconut Oil, having tried several other makes. It has a pleasant taste in food and drinks - golden milk (delicious), but is used for so much more, including curing an itchy scalp condition. I massage my scalp with melted coconut oil at bedtime, and cover with a soft towelling shower cap. The next morning it washes out very easily with shampoo and the itching is gone, leaving my hair in good condition and shiny.”
