“I have never tasted a Chai blend, I decided to use it in a coconut oil chocolate recipe. Wow, it really elevated the taste and the flavours really came through. Really nice and recommend as you know it's good quality ingredients”

Hi Debbie, Mmm, that sounds amazing! I have to say this blend of spices is wonderful to use in cooking and works well as a marinade, or mixed with breadcrumbs to coat foods, too. As you say, they add a great depth of flavour to a recipe. Petrina
