“We bought the basic Luma mattress, medium firmness. Both my husband and I switch from sleeping on our backs to our sides. I have arthritis in my lower back and have hip troubles, my husband has degenerative discs. Up until our Luma, I was having terrible hip pain. It didn’t even occur that it may be caused by our mattress. Problem gone! We never had a latex hybrid before so it was a different feel, but we got used to it quickly. We would unreservedly recommend this mattress!”

“Both my husband and I love our Luma mattress. We have been sleeping on it for about 6 months now. It took about a week or two to adjust but now we absolutely love it. Better than any mattress I've ever had.”

“I started my bed journey last year pouring hours of research into finding the perfect bed. I looked at all of those highly advertised bed-in-a-box companies and in my research, the reviews online cannot be trusted. Through some digging on Reddit I got pointed to the website, The Mattress Underground and then found Luma. I bought the Hybrid Latex Slumber System and am extremely happy with the purchase. I initially ordered the Firm comfort layer, which was just a hint too firm and had that swapped out no problem for the Firm Plus (you have to inquire about this particular firmness) and its been perfect for the last 9 months or so that I’ve been sleeping on it. I wanted to step up the bed game in the guest room and ordered a Medium Firm mattress as its a little more universal comfort that fits most people. Everyone always comments on how comfortable the bed is. Customer service is top notch.”

“I really love this bed! We purchased our Luma approximately 2-3 months ago, and it has been a phenomenal bed since then. This bed has enough give that I am comfortable on my side with enough support for my back sleeper S.O. We really love how this bed feels plush but has enough elasticity that it makes moving around and on it really easy. All-in-all, great bed for the price, and I would recommend this company!”

“Truly great mattress.. Couldn't be happier. Set up was a breeze. This replaced a one year old Loom and Leaf memory foam mattress that was dreadful. The Luma bed sleeps cool and is so comfortable. Online chat before purchase was helpful and there was no pressure to buy. Simply great experience on all fronts.”

“I like it and highly recommend it if you are looking for a mattress that is a little on the firmer side, which I like. The firmness gives my back and joints support which is what I have been needing. Great investment!”
