“Bought this headlight in October of 2019 and used it until June of 2020. From June of 2020 to August of 2021, I was finishing my chief year and using a fiber optic headlamp in the OR only, so my headlight was put away. Finally took it out of my cabinet in August of 2021 and used it for a couple of months before going away on maternity leave. When I resumed using this headlight, it was complete garbage. Constant flickering on and off with unreliable function. I emailed lumadent about the problem and they told me I had to buy a new $120 part. Cumulative use of this item was not more than 1 year with very meticulous care and storage. I suggest looking into a different brand.”

“I’ve had a horrible experience with my light. I’ve change the wire, but that did not fix my issue with my light flickering. I contacted customer service. I’ve been going back and forth with them via email to fix my light or get a replacement. At first they were responding back quickly but now that my problem wasn’t fixed they aren’t responding. I’m currently in clinic and really need my light. Such a disappointment when I heard all these amazing things about this company.”

“Disappointed with the batteries I believe I've had 4 -6 batteries in the past 3 years. I don't know what's a normal battery life anymore but I can't get through the day with one of them. The light is totally fine and light weight.”

“I haven't been able to get the light working yet so I can't review that. I have been able to use the battery. I like that I can operate it with my elbow. I can even change the brightness that way which is great.”

“Always fast to receive replacement batteries and now my LED light! Ordered, and a few days later it was on my doorstep! Best light and attaches to my loupes with a few simple steps! Thank you for making my job easier!!”
