“I am very upset that my package did not Come with safety glasses, a neck strap, or a case. My colleagues who bought lumadent all received this. I was told by Lumadent that this is because they bought as part of a group. I think it should be standard to receive at minimum a case with every light purchase. I now have to carry my light to and from the clinic the the small cardboard box it arrived in and I am worried about it getting damaged. It seems bizarre to me that a company would not even give so much as an option to add on a case or glasses to the package. This seems like very poor customer service.”
