“Michelle Brown assisted me in buying both the Lumadent Prolux and Airlux upgrade kit. At first, I bought the Lumadent Prolux kit, but the light mount initially provided kept moving. As a result, I wanted to return the light. However, Michelle worked through the issue with me and sent me a new mount that screws onto my loupe frames. After receiving such good service, I bought the airLux upgrade kit to try it out. So far so good.”

“Hope this works...led module replacement did not...I used first set of batteries 6 months or less and dead. Could not use with faceshield during pandemic due to wobble/strobe effect using the magnets. Light was serviced 4 months into ownership for a bad connector jack. I was not offered an opportunity to send in for service this time..instead had to troubleshoot as directed with videos confirming not working. Not happy, hope this is not an annual event.”

“I like the battery packs, it would be nice if they would change over to a usb C port instead of the micro usb for charging. I think it would be more reliable.”

“I had another to 2 batteries but: 1. Did work at all 2 the second battery had the connection issues: from cable to battery not connecting properly. I hope this new batch works better. The light I have from Luma dent so far very good”
