“So I ordered this as a gift for a real baseball fan, he absolutely loves it!! Has only had it for three days and has used it multiple times!! I have to give this item, including the craftsmanship, a 10 star rating out of 5!! It is absolutely incredible!! Highly recommend!!”

“I tried to make a custom mug for a family member who plays on a men’s baseball team. First, I was told that I cannot use the Reds logo which I understand. But then, I was told that I can’t even use the name “Reds” which is his team name, “Cheltenham Reds” which is absolutely ridiculous. So with those two things taken off, it should have been his name and his jersey number. The mug arrived with only his name and no number. These mugs are way too expensive for me to not be able to use the name “Cheltenham Reds” and for it to arrive without a number simply because of someone’s lack of attention.”
