Thank you for your most recent feedback. It seems you did not buy this band from our online store. Can you please advise as to the store you purchased your replacement band from as we would like to look into your disappointment with the watchband.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for your disappointment. This is an industry standard with any watch brand in which pins do not come with replacement bands. It is recommended to-use the pins that came with your original watch unless you have lost or damaged them.
