“I want to give this a 5 star review but the watch arrived without a warranty card and documentation as indicated on the packing slip. I have submitted two emails requesting the documents but as of a week now I have not heard back. This should be an easy fix.
I like the watch and believe in quality and durability of luminox. My first 3000 series lasted over 20 years, with thousands of miles of swim time, 10 plus battery changes, and an unknown number of watch bands. It is still working. This model is one tough watch. Please help and send me the documents.”

We are moving towards digital. As long as you save your order # and order confirmation email your warranty is good for 2 years when purchased online with us. Don't worry about having the card.
