“Definitely a huge fan of my Master Carbon Seal with the red band, I am a trucker working in the fuel and Asphalt industries. Originally I wore a Garmin Instinct Tactical Solar 2X but as time went on the charging became an issue for me, hands down the Master Carbon Seal is reliable and heavy duty. The tritium indicators help me see the time at night or under dim to no lighting, also speaking on the automatic aspect of the watch it’s always in sync with the time on my phone, not really concerned about it falling behind or jumping ahead of its timing, the winding and movement is pretty spot on and the best part is I no longer have to worry about charging it, definitely a great reliable watch and heavy duty material, cutting the band was simple, my advice is use a box cutter on a cutting surface to mark where you want to cut and follow through with scissors if necessary, I’d also like to add my job tends to get a little dirty at times and a little bit of hot water and dawn dish soap keeps my watch and band looking brand new.”

The accuracy of an automatic movement watch depends on the movement and on the individual habits of the wearer and can therefore vary. The average precision tolerances are 30 seconds per day.

We are so sorry that you're experiencing issues with your new automatic watch. Did you happen to reach out to our customer service department when you noticed the watch was having issues? The 3875 series is an automatic movement meaning it will stop eventually when not being worn or wound before use. If you purchase your watch directly from Luminox the warranty card will not be filled out. It is filled out only when purchased from an outside authorized distributor. Were you able to send Saltzman's your receipt that you purchased directly from us? Please let us know where you stand with your watch as we would like to make sure this is rectified.
