“On receiving the cleaner I tried it on the lounge carpet. After 5 minutes or so the brush light flashed and on inspection the length of bristle from the edge seal was wrapped around the brush. I contacted customer services and was sent a replacement part which I duly fitted and tried the cleaner again. The same thing occurred as the original. I refitted the sticky backed bristle to the edge seal and so far has stayed in place.”
