“Really dissapointing, in both brakes and customer service. After paying an arm and a leg for the brakes the right hand arm was faulty, binding up when anchor bolt was tightened down. Emailed the team, started off ok, said they would contact BOX. That was a couple of weeks ago. Heard nothing since.
Have found another online store to buy from.”
“In my opinion these are one of the best v brakes on the market. Easy to adjust brake arm tension with an allen key instead of a Phillips head screw type, which the paint scratches on first adjustment.”
