“I love the look of this bike, but my husband didn't rate the blue pedals. We bought this for our 7 year old and I think it breaks up the black nicely, but maybe for an older kid you could swap them out for something "cooler".
A bike kids can grow into, we set it up with the seat lower and the handle bars back so he didn't have to over reach. We also didn't worry about installing the front breaks or the bell, but thats a personal choice.
